Terrible experience at Koya Restaurant. I had a valid reservation under my friend’s name, yet I was stopped at the entrance and made to wait outside. I was told to call him to come out and escort me in, which is completely unacceptable. The staff were rude and unprofessional throughout. This level of disrespect toward customers is shocking and reflects very poor management
