According to @apnews, during D4vd’s preliminary hearing, prosecutors presented text messages from January 2024 showing the pair discussing a pregnancy and abortion.

Hernandez responded that “It’s okay,” adding that neither of them was capable of raising a baby and that ending the pregnancy was “For the best.” When the singer later asked if the pregnancy was his, she replied, “Of course it’s yours.”

The messages were presented as prosecutors continued laying out their case, alleging Burke began a sexual relationship with Hernandez when she was 13 and he was 18.
