Hope Howton Eller

Today is my mom’s 91st birthday and her first one being celebrated in heaven. I pray everyday, thanking God for my amazing mom. She is missed beyond belief. My heart is still severely broken not having her here with me, and besides our amazing conversations and laughter, I just miss holding her hands!! We could share a mountain of love, thoughts and feelings just through that touch, no words needed. Though I struggle daily, I know mom is where she wanted to be. I pray she finally had the ability to see herself through her children’s eyes and realize that not only was she the most incredible mom a child/grown adult could ask for but that she could own that within her own heart. Mom, I see you everyday in the wind when the trees blow and I know you are with me. It’s like you giving me hugs, letting me know everything is going to be ok. Though your presence is fading into a memory, your memory is what keeps me going! I love and miss you mom, happy birthday!! #danny #youarealwaysinmyheart
