Mini Pies - 3 Ways!🥧 The cutest personalized-size pies where you can bake a little of everything! I chose pumpkin, chocolate chip pecan, and apple!🍂

1. I cut out 12 (4-inch) dough circles out of refrigerated pie crust dough and placed them into the muffin tin holes. (Greased)
2. Spoon in pie filling into each hole. I used store bought apple pie filling, and then did a simple homemade pumpkin, and homemade pecan.
3. Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes, and then place on the leaf cut outs on top and bake another 10 minutes.

Double these for a full pie,
I halved them for the minis!⬇️

Pumpkin Pie Filling:
7 oz pumpkin purée
7 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 large egg
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Pinch of salt

Choc Chip Pecan Filling:
2 large eggs
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter, melted and slightly cooled
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
3/4 cup pecans, roughly chopped
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
