Happy #Wednesdaytonaday gang!

Ever since I can remember I’ve wanted a Rolex Daytona. For me it is chronograph perfection and the chronograph is a complication I’ve always been obsessed with, I even got married wearing one.

And so, to borrow a phrase, ‘I’ve done a thing’. Or at least, I did a thing and have subsequently been dancing around how best to talk about this for a while now…

In fact, I’ve owned this 2018 Rolex Daytona 116500LN since July… 🙈

So here’s a long overdue #nwa post, I’m sorry for the delay, it’s been a busy Summer and securing my absolute dream watch has completely knocked me for six - for a long time I just couldn’t believe it was true!

Hence I’ve been having a fairly low-key time of it on Instagram and just been busy wearing the hell out of this incredible piece privately, for me, not the ‘gram.

But ultimately, how could I not share this momentous occasion with you, the #watchfam?!

There’s more to this story, which I’ll share in due course, but suffice to say it involves A LOT of consolidation and a large dose of Man Maths (TM).

For now, TODAY is my Daytona Day 🖤

October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. 🤍

“You travel a lot.”

I know. But the truth is, I haven’t been very good at getting pregnant or staying pregnant. So while we wait for our miracle, we might as well keep enjoying this beautiful life we’ve been given. 🤍

Behind all the adventures, passport stamps, and smiling pictures is a story that isn’t always visible. A story of loss, heartbreak, countless prayers, and a longing to grow our family.

But one thing we’ve learned through this journey is that we can hold both grief and joy at the same time. We can deeply desire a life that looks different while still being incredibly grateful for the one God has given us right now.

So while we wait, we’ll keep traveling. We’ll keep exploring new places, laughing together, chasing sunsets, and making memories. We won’t put our lives on hold while we pray for the next chapter.

And Lord willing, someday there will be little feet walking beside ours, a tiny passport to fill, and a little miracle to share all these adventures with. 🥹🤍

Until then, we’ll keep trusting God’s timing, loving each other, and finding joy in the waiting.

To anyone else navigating infertility or pregnancy loss, I see you. You can be thankful for the life you have and still grieve the life you’ve been praying for. Both can be true. 🤍
