Filipino Kitchen

It's not quite bringhe and it's not quite paella, but nevertheless it was delicious. I recently dug up some cockels on a clam digging trip and wanted to see how they would go with the brand-new @eatmagnolia Lucban Longanisa (spoiler alert: its fantastic). Maybe a touch too much stock on this round, but I now know how much to use next time I attempt a dish l like this :)
