This meme hits even harder once you realise the shocked face in the middle is modelled on that French left-wing woman who just went viral. You know the one — standing in a ransacked Paris supermarket, tears in her eyes, begging the looters to stop because “this isn’t the cause.” The same people she voted to welcome in, the same far-left policies she cheered for, and now her city’s shops are being cleaned out while she looks stunned. France and Britain are running the exact same script. Vote in the open-borders, soft-on-crime left → crime and disorder explode in the big cities → ordinary people no longer feel safe → some pack up and move to a “nicer” area → then vote the same way all over again. Paris today, London and Birmingham tomorrow. The banlieues didn’t appear by magic, and neither did the knife crime, the no-go streets or the shopkeepers who’ve given up. The root is the same on both sides of the Channel: politicians who put ideology and imported votes ahead of the native population, and voters who refuse to connect the dots. Moving house doesn’t fix it. Changing who you vote for might. Britain first. France first. Our countries, our streets, our future. #BritainFirst #VoteRestore #RestoreBritain #StopTheBoats #RupertLowe

Winging it actually takes a lot of hard work and preparation, just ask @doutzen.

There’s a lot of conversation today about the older, perimenopausal and menopausal women who walked the runway in yesterday’s @victoriassecret fashion show. When I was ‘going through the change’ as we quietly said back in the olden days of the 2000s when an entire decade of women born in the 60s were deprived the opportunity to be on HRT because of tainted report from the Women’s Health Initiative. As a result, we all quietly suffered through menopause. Now it’s being shouted from the rooftops and applauded. Finally! And I love seeing women celebrated at every age. But I want to share a little of my own story. In 2009, I won TWO World Bikini Championships. I was 48, perimenopausal, and a single mom raising two teenage daughters. There was no social media celebrating women like me. No conversations about menopause. No applause for pushing through hormonal changes. Life wasn’t easy. My body was changing. But I never stopped showing up for myself. I was committed to my fitness, my goals, and becoming the strongest version of ME. I continued competing throughout my 50s, as a postmenopausal woman. At 58, I auditioned for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, stood out among more than 10,000 women, and made global headlines. I landed on the cover of the New York Post and was featured on Good Morning America and Inside Edition. And last year, at 64, I stepped back on the competition stage. Not because I had anything left to prove, but because I wanted to remind women that AGE DOES NOT GET TO DECIDE WHAT YOU CAN OR CANNOT DO. I’ll be 66 in December. And you know what? I’m just getting started. I live with an open heart, an open mind, and an excitement for whatever life has waiting for me. My message to women of ALL ages is simple: Menopause is real. The challenges are real. But menopause does not have to become the reason you stop chasing your dreams. You are allowed to reinvent yourself at 40, 50, 60, 70, and beyond. Don’t let your age become your excuse. Let it become your POWER. Because the only person who gets to decide what you’re capable of is YOU. ❤️
