France is in total chaos.
Look at the clip of Mother Mary again. ✨ She shines so brightly, people look up to her, pray to her, and feel deeply moved by her presence. Yet she weeps. Perhaps she longs to be seen not as an untouchable figure on a pedestal, but as a being whose pain matters, too. Do you see the symbolism? 🕊️ Some Chosen Ones are placed so high on a pedestal that people forget they are human, too. People admire their light but fail to recognize their pain. They look up to them instead of standing beside them. This is the reminder: You can carry light and still need a helping hand. You can be strong and still need someone to show up for you. 🤍 Think of figures like Mother Mary, Sinéad O’Connor, Princess Diana, and Michael Jackson. Their stories invite us to reflect on the difference between being admired and truly being seen.
A chicken salad for every season! 🍂 This one was just crazy. The textures. The flavors! Went a lil chunkier this time and was not disappointed. 10/10 🤌🏻 As usual I didn’t reeeeaaally measure anything… but here are some approximations. The great thing about this is that with the mayo and such, you can start smaller and keep adding more until it’s where you want it. 🙌🏻 I mean, you can really do that with everything. Either way… Fall Chicken Salad👇🏻 1 rotisserie chicken (white and dark meat, pulled/shredded) 3 large stalks of celery (minced) 1 honey crisp apple (or similar, small diced) 1/2 small red onion (minced) 1/2 cup chopped pepperoncini 1/2 cup fresh parsley (chopped) 1/2 cup fresh dill (chopped) 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans 1/2 cup dried cranberries (unsweetened) 1 lemon (zest + juice) 2 tbsp ACV 1 cup mayo (your fav) 1 tbsp Dijon or whole grain mustard (or a combo!) 1/2 tsp celery seed Kosher salt + fresh cracked pepper to taste Serve with crunchy crackers and some sharp cheddar! YUM! I’m already looking forward to a winter chicken salad. What should I put in it?! 🤔🤔 #chickensalad #fallrecipes
