Thanks to capt. Craig Larson for the fresh razor clams. I had never cooked with them before and decided to do a simple panko crusted fry, with a yuzu and miso tartar sauce. I also did a clam ceviche with sake apple and green onion, topped with Thai basil and Thai chili peppers. Nothing beats fresh seafood
