Can’t stress enough how important this place is to me. Gives me space to feel deeply and teaches me to slow down. It’s the one place truly that I go to when I feel at my lowest and it gives me comfort. It’s there on good days too to remind me of what life is or can be. Peaceful bliss. Chases the blues away.

Nature is healing and these woods have something about them that I just don’t have the words for. Maybe one day but just now I’ll just feel it and take some photos of the light and the dark here.

2.5 months left in the year, what’re you going to do with it? Most people make excuses for themselves because it’s easy, it makes you feel better in a way. You know what’s hard? Not the plan or doing the work- it’s sticking to the plan. Day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year. A lot of you don’t see results because you’re in a constant cycle of starting and then quitting after a few weeks, or even a few months. You give up and then you have to start all over again. What went wrong here? You didn’t stick to the plan. Consistency builds. Idk how many times I need to say it. Sometimes you won’t see results for a while, and then all of sudden they come out of nowhere. The biggest thing: stick to a plan. Follow through. I see too many people give up on themselves. And for what reason? I can’t answer that for you. There’s always a work around. There’s always a plan you can follow. There’s always a way. Most of you set new year’s goals- especially with fitness. I’ll be brutally honest, 70-80% of those people fail. We see it every single year. Most give up after 2-4 weeks. Results take time. So my advice to you, stop waiting for the new year to “start again,” just for you to fail again. There’s no better time than now and I’ve always been a firm believer on that. At the end of the day, you owe it to yourself. ➡️2.5 months to work on your habits, so by the new year, you’re already in a position you need to be in.
