@jessicajaneharman for the s&c I'm always able to perform at my physical best thanks to her.
@reality_jiu_jitsu for the cleanest gear in the game and the constant support.
Last 7 days on antibiotics for a chest infection and unable to train, cutting weight in an Airbnb with a sweat suit the night before. It's not how we perform when at our best but what we do on our worst days that counts.
Anyone I've trained with these last months thank you for making me better. Next year can't come soon eneough.
