1 walkover
2 matches, 2 submissions with heel hooks.
Thanks to my team @10thplanet_london, who make me better every day.
@jessicajaneharman for the s&c I'm always able to perform at my physical best thanks to her.
@reality_jiu_jitsu for the cleanest gear in the game and the constant support.

Last 7 days on antibiotics for a chest infection and unable to train, cutting weight in an Airbnb with a sweat suit the night before. It's not how we perform when at our best but what we do on our worst days that counts.
Anyone I've trained with these last months thank you for making me better. Next year can't come soon eneough.
I'll post highlights later 🍻 by @ashermirsa

1-TO-1 GRAPPLING COACHING

More than just an hour on the mats.

One of the biggest things I see with grapplers is that BJJ can start to feel like a collection of techniques and moves.

You learn a new sweep. Then a pass. Then a submission. But how do they actually connect?

My aim with 1-to-1 coaching is to help you see the bigger picture — the pathways that connect your grappling together.

Whether you're completely new to grappling, looking to sharpen your game, or preparing for competition, we'll build an overarching plan around you, your goals and the way you want to grapple.

Each session has a purpose and builds on the previous one. Rather than simply adding more moves to your toolbox, we'll work on how those tools fit together.

Alongside our time on the mats, you'll have ongoing support between sessions, including online videos and optional resources tailored to what we're working on. 🎥📖

Sessions combine technique, concepts, drilling and live games, adapting the training to how you learn best.

Group sessions also available.
