- 2 onions, chopped
- ½ kg ground beef
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp mixed spices
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp salt
للعجينة:
٣ بطاطا مسلوقة
١ كوب نشاء الذره
١ ملعقة كبيرة ملح
١ ملعقة كبيرة كركم
١ ملعقه صغيرة ثوم بودرة

للحشوة:
٢ بصل مقطعة
١/٢ كيلو لحم مفروم
١ كوب بقدونس مفروم
١ ملعقة صغيرة لكل من: بابريكا، بهار مشكل، قرفة
ملعقة كبيرة ملح
