Instagram's Super Sweet 16 😭 Instagram launched on October 6, 2010 as a photo sharing app built around square pictures and filters. The early years gave us the retro camera icon, heavily filtered brunch photos, the Popular page and an era when choosing between Valencia, X Pro II and Hudson somehow felt like an important creative decision. Sixteen years later, Instagram looks completely different, but some of its retired features are still deeply missed. The Following activity tab once let you see what other people were liking and following, making casual stalking practically an official feature of the app. Gone but absolutely not forgotten.
October 10 closes a nine-year karmic chapter and begins the part of the story where everything you learned starts returning as blessings, reciprocation, peace, abundance and effortless wish fulfilment. On this same date, the 10:10:10 Gateway returns for the first time since October 10, 2017, Venus retrograde reaches back into the heart lessons connected with 2018, the Libra New Moon begins a destined cycle, Venus square Mars ignites self-worth, attraction and personal power, while Moon sextile Jupiter places fortune and divine favour around everything ready to move. After lesson after lesson, challenge after challenge and years of emotional evolution, October 10 marks the completion of a spiritual curriculum your soul has spent years mastering. Experiences that once arrived through testing chapters begin returning in completely different ways through devotion, supportive people, fortunate developments and blessings that reflect who those years helped you become. Think back to October 2017 through the end of 2018 and remember how differently you may have loved, chosen, dreamed and valued yourself during that period. Another person’s attention may have altered the emotional tone of your whole day, strong chemistry could have kept you invested despite inconsistent effort, or compassion might have encouraged you to remain because you understood somebody’s struggles. Perhaps you were still discovering that being wanted and being cherished create completely different experiences, that patience needs self-respect beside it, and that loving somebody deeply should still leave room for your own needs, dreams and emotional wellbeing. Creative desires may also have existed in smaller versions because confidence had yet to meet the size of the future your soul already sensed. Nine years of experience have changed how you read people, situations, timing, attraction and your own inner signals. Sweet words still touch the heart, yet behaviour reveals far more now. Chemistry brings excitement, although consistency decides how deeply somebody enters your life.
