Comment PIETA I’ll DM you the prompt pack and a 20% discount at @morphicstudios . A detour from paintings into Michelangelo’s Pietà. Carved from a single block of Carrara marble, it’s the only work Michelangelo ever signed. His name is engraved into the sash across Mary’s chest. According to his biographer Giorgio Vasari, Michelangelo overheard visitors crediting another sculptor. He returned at night with a light and his chisels, and carved his name into the marble. That’s the detail I wanted this camera journey to discover: the artist’s signature among the hands, faces and folds. An AI film experiment made with Morphic. #Pieta #Michelangelo #AIFilmmaking #ArtInMotion #MorphicStudios
A public service announcement about me going forward. Since I turned fifty I’ve had quite the change in mindset. This isn’t about people who comment on how others look on social media by the way, don’t give it a second thought. Don’t fill the comments on this post with discussions on what is appropriate or not, because it’s not about them. It’s about empowering myself to love my life. The beauty I travel the world with is untarnished by anyone else’s view of me. No one tells me how to look, or dress or be. So, however I look is who I am. Stronger, fitter and more confident than ever. You don’t need to tell me how I look, because I look magnificent.
Netflix has unveiled the first poster for Greta Gerwig’s “Narnia: The Magician’s Nephew,” with the official trailer set to drop October 13. The artwork features a cosmic silhouette of Aslan and the tagline “A Universe Begins,” hinting at the story of Narnia’s creation. The film is already generating controversy over its creative direction, with Gerwig describing her take as a rock opera inspired by David Bowie and The Who, and Meryl Streep voicing Aslan. The adaptation will also move the story’s setting from the early 1900s to the 1950s, marking a notable departure from the original book. “The Magician’s Nephew” is scheduled to open in theaters February 12, 2027, before arriving on Netflix April 2. What do you think of this new direction for “Narnia”? See our thoughts by commenting "NARNIA" or clicking our link in bio 🦁 📷: Netflix
