On this episode of The Mel Robbins Podcast, neuroscientist Dr. Lara Boyd explains how the things you do every day—from how you sleep and move to what you practice, pay attention to, and challenge yourself to learn—are actively shaping your brain. You’ll learn how neuroplasticity works, how struggle can be good for your brain, and the everyday practices that support your ability to learn, remember, adapt, and keep your brain healthy as you age. Your brain is changing every day. This episode will show you how to make that change work in your favor. 🎧 #1 Neuroscientist: After Listening to This, Your Brain Will Not Be the Same Listen on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or YouTube - search “Mel Robbins Podcast Lara Boyd”
