One of my birthday wishes was to go on a diving trip and stay at @taaktanalabuanbajo and I’m so happy I got to experience both! 🤍
Such an amazing stay and a beautiful birthday getaway!

Thank you, sayang @omara.esteghlal for making it all happen! ❤️

And a special shoutout to @asiafriendly for making this holiday so much easier and more enjoyable for Omara and me! 🤍

A few seconds of BTS ecstatic joy from our rehearsal to take you into your weekend. 💕

Joy is a mysterious thing. It is different from happiness. When I’m joyful it is most often when I am in a state of flow and connection to something greater than myself. That can be swimming in the ocean, particularly when a seal or a dolphin pulls up beside me to greet me; in the forest with the trees, with the birds singing one to each. Sometimes it arrives when I’m dancing with a group of strangers who for a brief moment, through music and movement connect to something eternal. Sometimes it flows when I’m dancing with myself, and Spirit (somewhere nearby or within I don’t know) the music up loud.

We are made of energy and that energy wants to flow. Find what moves you. Go to greet it. It will meet you halfway.

🙏🏼@mettenarrative for this moment of unabashed joy 🖤
🙏🏼 @ganni x @lululemon for setting the table 💛

Hyvää 11. vuosipäivää rakas @janneraninen yks päivä myöhässä somessa, kun eilen keskityin mieluummin viettämään IRL 😘

Hello sewing people of the gram, I am here to simultaneously ruin your day (I spent an hour trying to turn a tube of fabric before I went looking for an easier method) and make your day better with this sewing hack.
