🍝❤️Lazy Girl Pasta Episode 1 - Creamy Tomato Sausage Linguini❤️🍝
Ingredients
3 Spirals of Linguini
3 Sausages
1 Tsp Garlic Puree
1 Tsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Tomato Puree
80 Ml Double cream
A Handful of Grated Parmesan
Method.
Get your pasta to boil.
Add your oil to a pan and get it hot, break up your sausages into this pan, let them cook and brown off (I like getting mine crispy), add your garlic puree, tomato puree and double cream mixing together until you have a smooth sauce. Add in your Linguini and a couple of tablespoons of that pasta water and finally a sprinkle of the parmesan, mix until you have a sauce at your preferred consistency! Serve and enjoy!
