As I paint each layer I am constantly flipping them over to see how they are layering. As they are painted in reverse on the Plexiglas, my 1st mark is my top highlight and I build it backwards on each panel.

Working on a new LARGE piece that feels like this wave so been looking back at this one from last year. While I don't have it any more (it has a new home now!) I have been scrolling through my references so I can see how I can maximize my technique on the new piece.

Will share the new one soon!

But- so you can’t paint on it accordingly to the painting behind it? Cuz it’ll be flipped

this is nice, one can use layers of glass over a single painting to make a masterpiece!
