Not all ground beef is the same, and choosing the right fat percentage can make a big difference in how your food turns out.

80/20 is a popular choice for juicy, flavorful burgers, while 85/15 offers a great balance for tacos. For hearty chili, 70/30 brings richness and flavor, especially when the excess fat is drained after browning.

If you prefer a leaner option, 93/7 works well in dishes where you want less fat. Understanding these ratios makes it easier to choose the right ground beef for your next meal.
