PROTECT WHAT YOU SAY MATTERS.
We must stop asking our goals + needs to survive on whatever scraps of time are left over. I put my workouts, my friends, my solo coffee dates on my calendar like a meeting. I am obsessed with this.  Because it’s not wishful thinking. It’s ownership. If something matters to you, eventually it has to become more than something you hope you’ll have time for. Put a fence around it. Protect the time.
Make the appointment.
Tell people you’re unavailable.
Create the environment that makes following through easier. xx!
