Guardians of Peace 🕊️

This artwork is close to my heart.
The Sikh spirit has always carried a balance of shakti (strength) and shanti (peace). I grew up in a Sikh family, and I’ve seen how deeply this community values both—gentleness and courage.

In this painting, I’ve depicted two Sikh soldiers from World War I who stood bravely in the British Indian Army against the Germans. Their courage even inspired the famous painter Philip de László to paint them.

For me, the Sikh and Punjabi community is like the tip of a brush—soft, gentle, and full of life. Yet whenever darkness has risen, Sikhs have always stepped forward to protect humanity and fight against evil.
