The difference between my first and second trimester 😂🤰🏼

First trimester was purely survival mode. The nausea, exhaustion and complete lack of motivation had me questioning how I was supposed to function as a normal human being 🥲

Now in my second trimester, I’m finally starting to feel more like myself again ✨

I’m back to strength training 3 x per week, enjoying my daily walks and finding a routine that feels good for my body.

One thing pregnancy has taught me so far is that it’s okay for your routine to look different during different seasons of life.
Some days movement feels amazing, other days rest is exactly what you need. You don’t need to make up for lost time or feel guilty for slowing down.

And just a reminder that every pregnancy is different. There’s no right or wrong way to experience each trimester, so listen to your body, give yourself grace and do what feels right for you.

Pregnancy has given me a whole new appreciation for my body. Even on the hardest days, it’s pretty incredible to think about everything happening behind the scenes to grow a little human 🥹❤️
