Drop 1 DONE & what a whirlwind it was! Knowing you’ve chosen Charlotte Simone to be part of your wardrobe is something I’ll never take for granted. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart♥️

October is mostly magical ~ neither hot or cold here, yet water temps have been warmer than usual. Leaves are changing on the oak next door, pumpkins on display everywhere I look, there’s a breeze, lattes taste better, the sweaters are pulled out for styling, the sun is setting earlier, and it wraps up with one of my favorite holidays on the 31st. I love chocolates, and shades of tan/grays/blacks (is this Instagram any sign of that? 😉) and the weather is now perfection for motorcycling. I tend to ride slower, not faster, during this season. I’m excited about creating and designing my costume(s) for Halloween! I’m leaning towards “Dune” (movie/series) inspired, or Spider… some or rather. Or both! I’ve always begun crafting, collecting, sewing.

Wishing you all a wonderful October magic. I hope something good comes your way. I hope you’re looking for it, even if it’s small, may it be noted and gratitude give you energy to carry on. 🤍🏍️✨

IT’S PUB DAY!! ❤️ EAST TO EAST is officially out in the world, and I am a published author! It feels extremely surreal to say that, and honestly, I could cry.

It’s been a long and arduous journey to get here, but we did it!! I’ve put every bit of my heart and soul into making this book what it is, and it’s been such a gift to watch it come to life.

EAST TO EAST is about navigating life as an immigrant woman, and how those experiences shaped how I cook. I promise every single recipe in this book is something I would genuinely want to eat myself! There’s something for everyone, from snacks made for a party, to vegetables that make you want to eat more of them, to an incredible breadth of coastal seafood recipes inspired by the bays of Mumbai and the incredible diversity of ingredients I’ve found in New York.

This book holds so many different parts of me, and I can’t wait for you to cook from it.

In a world where women aren’t always encouraged to speak life into their dreams, I’m deeply grateful to everyone who believed in my vision and helped make this possible. You reminded me why it’s worth dreaming big and seeing those dreams through.

Thank you to everyone who preordered, cheered me on, and has been part of this journey. It means more than I can say. ❤️

If you’d like to get your hands on a copy, EAST TO EAST is available today wherever books are sold. We’re officially out in the world!!
