Comment BREATHE for my free Nervous System Reset Guide

One finger. One tiny spot. Fifteen seconds.

That is all your brainstem needs to interrupt the loop.

The little groove between your nose and your upper lip looks like nothing. But three major nerve pathways converge there — branches of your trigeminal nerve, your facial nerve and nerve fibers connected directly to your brainstem. When you tap it rapidly, your brainstem has to process the burst of sensation immediately. That processing demand pulls its resources away from whatever anxiety loop is running and redirects them to this single point of intense sensation. Then when you stop and press with steady pressure, everything shifts. Your brainstem goes from processing rapid input to processing stillness. That contrast is the reset.

🌿 Your nervous system cannot fully maintain an anxiety loop and process an intense new sensory signal at the same time. The rapid tapping is not random percussion. It is a deliberate interruption. A demand on your brainstem that the anxiety loop loses to every time. And the steady pressure that follows delivers the calm contrast that completes the shift.
🌿 The move from rapid tapping to steady pressure is a somatic transition your entire nervous system feels. Not just at the point of contact. Through your whole body. The shift from stimulation to containment is the same mechanism your nervous system uses to move from activation into rest. You are recreating that shift with one finger.
✨ Your Third Eye chakra governs mental clarity, inner knowing and the space between your thoughts. When the anxiety loop is running, that space closes entirely. This practice interrupts the loop at the brainstem level and reopens it. Not through willpower. Through your nervous system’s own wiring.

Tap rapidly for 5 seconds. One finger. Steady pressure for 10. BREATHE slowly. Notice where the loop goes.

@riff170 Riff was built different. Always positive, always giving everyone props, and showing love to all the people that came before, but especially to all of us who’ve come after. Thanking #phase2 here, he was an innovator. It was special in NYC to spend time with this man. Rest my brother.

Love her reaction 🤭👀
