A Bexar County Sheriff’s Office detention deputy was fired this week after photos of her posing with inmates and making an obscene gesture inside the jail circulated on social media.

A BCSO spokesperson confirmed Karla Beltran, who appears in the photos, was dismissed under the department’s “probationary dismissal” policy. Records show she had worked for the sheriff’s office since July.

Sirf height fake karne se posture ya frame theek nahi hota! 📐 Koyi bhi celebrity ho ya aam insaan, anterior pelvic tilt aur poor spinal alignment ki wajah se actual height ground par down dikhti hai. 🛑
Pelvic fixing aur spine decompression ke ye powerful exercises try karo apne posture ko optimize karne ke liye:
Hip Flexor Stretch: Tight hip flexors ko release karne ke liye daily 2 sets hold karo.
Pelvic Tilts: Lower back alignment aur core engagement ke liye best foundation.
Cat-Cow Stretch: Spinal mobility aur posture correction ke liye instant relief.
Real confidence aur true vertical posture posture geometry se banta hai, fraud se nahi! 💪🔥

Now’s the time to invest in your winter coats! Some are old, some are current and some still available - so comment SHOP and I’ll send you the links 🤎 https://liketk.it/6pKtQ

This reel took me ages to do… so please give it some love!! I’m sure there’s a template for it but I couldn’t find it so edited it all myself which for someone that finds editing quite challenging- I’m quite proud of this one!! (Hope you’re proud too @belle.so.chic 🤣) for those who found it a bit quick I’ve put stills of each outfit in stories ❤️
