The period between 25 and 45 is the most worrisome part of adult life.
You worry about so much. Your dreams, a life partner, finances, the future, your parents getting old, the kids you are raising alone, you have your age mates doing better than you, yet you keep wondering why things ain’t working out for you.
That’s why it’s very easy for most folks to fall into depression or develop anxiety disorders. Yeah, the grass looks greener but trust me, we all have something to worry about during this age rate.
You can have your finances together but can’t find a life partner, you can be doing your best but feeling like you’re slacking behind because there are agemates out there doing way better than you. You look at your parents, they are getting old while you haven’t figured out shit in life to make them proud. It’s one thing after the other.
To everyone going through this rough phase, I hope we all stay strong and keep pushing, one day we gonna be alright🖤💪🏻
