It’s going to be a long time before I take that train ride: I canceled the operation when I learned how inept and discombobulated the hospital was while trying to get my questions answered. If the surgery department operates (no pun intended) the same way as the rest of the hospital, then I will delay my surgery after I find a facility that can give you a straight answer in five minutes as opposed to no answer at all.
