Heated Rivalry's biggest mystery solved? Jacob Tierney shares what he believes was happening with Scott and Kip in the two and a half year gap between the end of Episode three and the kiss on the ice in Episode five. And honestly, it isn't what I was expecting. #heatedrivalry #jacobtierney #francoisarnaud #robbiegk #gamechangers

The more we understand human behavior, the harder it becomes for people to manipulate us. And I think that’s a really good thing. There’s something incredibly freeing about finally having the language to describe experiences that never quite made sense at the time. My hope is that the more openly we talk about these things, the fewer people will feel alone or question their own reality. A few behaviors worth learning about: 1. Flying monkeys 2. Smear campaigns 3. DARVO (Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender) Awareness is powerful. And sometimes just knowing there’s a name for what you’ve experienced can change everything. 🤍

An appreciation message for our commander in chief, Damian Eadie on surviving 30 years producing this mad house we call Countdown! From winning series 28 back in 1994 (when photographic evidence suggests he still had hair) he’s brought nothing short of genius and filth with his lightning-fast pun and anagram prowess. Some of my favourites I can’t believe we managed to broadcast as I can’t even type them here they’re so bad 🤣🤣🤣 My favourite slaphead from Blackpool and a human with a heart of gold - congrats Weadie, you make the show what it is and we love you! 🫖📺3️⃣0️⃣
