A little moment of appreciation for this body of mine, how far it’s brought me, the things it allows me to do, and everything it carries me through. It’s crazy to think there was once a version of me who would’ve looked at this video and picked it apart. My build would’ve felt too big, my legs too thick, my body just “too much.” Look how far we’ve come 🥹

Living with endometriosis means everyday looks a little different. Some days I have more to give than others, but I show up in whatever capacity I can, and I’m learning that my best although different everyday, IS enough.

I’m the “heaviest” I’ve ever been, yet somehow the most confident I’ve felt. Let that sink in for a second - because maybe our dream body isn’t the one that weighs the least. Maybe it’s the one that lets us LIVE the most. Here’s to taking up space, celebrating what our bodies can do, and finally giving ourselves a little more love along the way ❤️

Thank you so much to everyone who has sent such lovely DMs, comments, and messages. It truly means the world to know that this interview has resonated with so many people, especially women around the world.

As I said, there’s no age limit to becoming someone new. If you feel there’s another version of yourself waiting to emerge, listen to her. Give her the chance to be seen.

Enjoy a little behind-the-scenes look at the making of my October cover story for Marie Claire. 🌻

Because true passion is never about having more. It's about feeling more, noticing what others overlook, and finding something extraordinary in the simplest moments.
