I turned 50. 🎂

It’s been a few days ago. But I guess now, I can take a bit more time for myself. 😆

Thank you, Life, for 50 cycles around the sun.
There is much more to say about my life than would fit into a single post. What stays present is the notion that I am still a child, a beginner in this life, in awe of all that I don’t know, and grateful for everything that I am still able to learn. It wasn’t always like this. I often felt like I had it all figured out and nothing would stop me. But NO. It just doesn’t work that way. In all those years, there were many moments when I had to stop, listen and adjust. Learn new ways of thinking, doing and being. What I often saw as challenges, I can now see more and more as gifts. Less and less I see as given for granted and more and more is another chance to learn, grow and expand. To be more at ease with what I am grateful for every morning, I wake up and see the sun and for every friend who is around, the time and the meals we can share.

✨ So far, I have learned:
Don’t bring suffering into this world.
I am much more than what I think.

🤓 What I am still learning:
To speak my desires and love more freely.
To be more playful.
To ask for help.

🙏🏼 My whish for the next decade:
Build a place where I can host and welcome others to come together to grow and become more at peace with themselves.
To be happy, wild and free.
