My worst nightmares were coming true. 50+ doctors Over $10,000 spent on tests, visits, scans, endoscopies… And all I kept hearing was: “Let’s try a different PPI.” “Let’s increase it to 40mg twice a day.” “Just stop stressing… it’s in your head.” “Why are you eating junk?” I wasn’t. I was eating bland, boiled food every single day 😑 Yet my reflux kept getting worse. Then came the diagnosis: Barrett’s esophagus. A condition where the lining of the lower esophagus changes after long-term reflux, and yes… it can increase the risk of esophageal cancer. That completely destroyed my mental health. Every symptom felt dangerous. Every flare-up triggered fear. At one point, even water seemed to trigger my reflux 🥲 And that’s when I finally understood something important: Reflux doesn’t automatically stop just because you reduce stomach acid. PPIs can reduce acid exposure and help damaged tissue heal, but they don’t necessarily stop the actual reflux event. Alginates can help create a physical barrier too… but again, they don’t fix every reason reflux is happening. And yes, even the way you drink water can matter. Things I started avoiding: • Drinking huge amounts with meals • Chugging water all at once • Filling an already full stomach with more volume Because more stomach volume can temporarily increase pressure and make reflux easier in some people. But here’s the bigger issue… Most people keep chasing the symptom and never look at the pattern behind it. And for me, one of the biggest missing pieces was my nervous system. I was constantly anxious, overthinking, rushing, panicking about symptoms, and basically living in fight-or-flight mode. Once I started working on that properly, everything began changing. Recently, one of my clients made the same shift. Her reflux reduced drastically. Her stress and anxiety settled. And she finally started feeling like herself again. That’s why I created a 100% free training on the nervous-system work I use for reflux and gut symptoms. 💬 Comment “CALM” and check your DMs. Share it with someone who needs it. 📩 And follow so the

Oop! #After #ClaressaShields clapped back at #EazyTheBlockCaptain, he’s again urging #Papoose to get in the booth! He hopped in our comments and told him to put Claressa “on punishment.” #Socialites, thoughts?

Aly had a little shopping trip planned this morning! 😂💗 First, she pressed “SHOPPING” 🛍️ and then “CHIPPIES” 🦴 I told her, “We don’t need to go shopping, baby. We have enough chippies!” And what does Miss Aly do? She stands there and stares DIRECTLY into the Ring camera like she’s looking right at all of you! 👀🤣 I swear she was thinking, “Are you guys hearing this?! My mama says I have ENOUGH chippies!” 😂🐾 Then she went right back to her buttons and pressed “GO!” 🚗 I told her, “We’re not going, baby. Mama is working!” Apparently, Miss Aly doesn’t think having plenty of chippies is a good enough reason to cancel a shopping trip! 🤣💕 Who else thinks Aly was looking into the camera to ask her followers to take her shopping?! 🙋‍♀️🛍️😂 #AlyTheBichon #TalkingDog #DogButtons #BichonFrise #SmartDog
