Your October Faves🙋🏽‍♀️ Comment ‘LINKS’ to shop then check your DMs, maybe under requests tab if you don’t follow me👉🏼 @clairebcnstyle SHARE your fave❤️‍🔥 October was all about fun prints and I made sure to style all of them. A Teddy fleece is a great way to experiment with prints as you can style with leggings and trainers that already exist in your wardrobe. Best seller was the Salomon trainers!! I also influenced myself into 2 pairs🤭 I have to admit they are the comfiest trainers I’ve ever worn, highly recommend. As always, thankyou so much for the consistent support you all show this account. I appreciate it more than you know🥹 Sign up to my email club for my weekly trend report, link in bio✨ #autumnoutfit #zaraoutfit Salomon xt6 #virtualstylist
If your elbow or Achilles has been “resting” for weeks and still isn’t better, Watch this Comment 492 and I’ll send you the full episode with @keithbaar Tendon and ligament researcher Dr. Keith Baar explains how women who lift can protect their connective tissue, bounce back from injury faster, and why estrogen changes the injuries women get. If you’re a woman lifting weights, your muscles aren’t the only tissue adapting. Your tendons and ligaments are training right alongside them, and they respond to load very differently. Dr. Keith Baar is a professor of physiology at UC Davis and head of the Functional Molecular Biology Laboratory. He joins me on Better With Dr. Stephanie for a deep dive into tendon and ligament science. Whether you’re trying to stay injury-free as you build strength or you’re frustrated and want a smarter way back from an injury, this conversation gives you a framework for both. 🎧 Comment 492 for the episode.
Your next COLD RACE MORNING needs this 🥶🦸‍♀️ Turn a foil blanket into a cozy race-day cape while you wait at the start line! A simple little running hack for those moments when you’re ready to race… but the temperature has other plans 😂 Tie, turn, twist, slip it over your head—and embrace your start-line superhero era ✨ Add an emergency blanket to your marathon or half marathon packing list, and try the steps at home before race day. Save this for your next start line & send it to your running buddy who’s ALWAYS cold 👀 Are you team shorts-in-any-weather or team wrapped-like-a-burrito? 🌯👇 #runningtips #marathonrunning #runner
