Which would you pick? You can choose comfort now and make the fear go away OR you can choose to do the hard thing, take the opportunity but live with the pride and ease after building resilience. I have spent the past 10 years publicly sharing doing the hard thing for my health. Not opting for a quick fix for a temporary bandaid, but investing time and effort into my metabolic health to find a long-term solution. Not easy. But when done, reaps the long term reward for good. If I hadn’t gone through this experience I do not think I would be able to build a business with the certainty I have now. Because it’s not about having certainty in a business model or an opportunity…. It’s about having certainty in yourself. When you have already proven to you, and you alone, that you can do the hard thing, regardless of the situation you know you will figure it out. That the most underrated skill - the ability to figure it out. So if you needed another reason to get into the best health of your life, mentally and physically, here it is. It will not only help you live a longer happier life, and feel confident and good in your body…. But it will teach you the fundamental skills you need to show up with resilience, certainty and focus on your dream life. #femalefounder #resilience
📸: Dok.
