Did you spot this 👀⁣ ⁣ Sir David Attenborough returns 25 years after the original series transformed audiences’ understanding of life beneath the waves. He takes us deeper into our oceans than ever before, revealing extraordinary new stories - filmed using cutting-edge technology.⁣ ⁣ Across six episodes, viewers will journey through five key underwater habitats: Tropical Seas, Open Ocean, Seasonal Seas, Polar Waters, and the Deep, before a final episode looking towards the future of the world's oceans and what can be done to protect them.⁣ ⁣ #DavidAttenborough #BluePlanet3 #Strictly #EastEnders #CelebrityRaceAcrossTheWorld
Two athletes. One playful uniform check. Then a little payback. Some people think meet day is only about competition. But most of it is the moments between teammates too. Control the breath. Control the reset. Control the little distractions that turn into shared laughter, when your teammate gets curious about your kit, gives it a playful tug, and you decide it's only fair to return the favour. No PA this time. Just stadium noise, a distant shout, and two athletes laughing over a rather unexpected uniform comparison. That's why I love the routine. Because routine leaves room for friendship and silly little moments too. It keeps you honest. #bautifulathlete #collegesports #sportgirl #sportgirls #trackgirl #trackgirls #collegegirls #collegegirl #fitnessgirl

So I just recieved the tragic news my friend Vers718 is no longer with us . I just recently saw him and we painted just because its been so long for a few years we would say we gotta get up and paint agian but it just wasnt gonna happen unless we made it happen so we did just because . Which is the best reason . The thing about him was we could talk . Laff and genuinely enjoy painting together . He just sent me a dm day before yesterday about a music post and how he was proud of me doing my music . Just a supportive friend . Its like I just talked to him 😔 Our last convo was about non graff stuff life stuff life direction and rolling with the punches . We took a loss with this

KID ROCK ON THE BILL MAHER SHOW 10.30.2026 "Can I tell you about Abdul El-Sayed? ... He wrote an op-ed in college supporting the Egyptian president, who was absolutely with the Muslim Brotherhood, and even called on him to purge the police and the media." "If that's not enough for you, in the last debate in Michigan with his opponent, Mike Rogers, they were asked point blank: 'Who is a bigger threat to America, Iran or Israel?' Mike Rogers: Iran. Abdul, asked twice, couldn't answer the question." "If that's not enough for you, throw a big helping of socialism on top. And people talk about assimilation all the time, right? This man very much is assimilated. Good education, well-spoken, even a good-looking guy." "You know who else assimilated very well? ... The Fort Hood shooter. ... So it scares the hell out of me, this Islamic extremism. Is he a wolf in sheep's clothing, or is he just a wolf in wolf's clothing?" ALSO IN THE REEL: El-Sayed at a 2022 CAIR-Oklahoma event, speaking against Oklahoma's 2010 voter-approved measure that barred state judges from considering Sharia or international law. He branded the people who backed it as racist, calling them the "same forces that drove Native people from their land, destroyed Black Wall Street, bombed a building, and tried to ban Sharia," and warned those forces are "alive and well." In other words, he put voters who opposed Sharia in courtrooms in the same line as the Trail of Tears, the 1921 Tulsa race massacre, and the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing, which killed 168 people.
