This is not my opinion but basic anatomy. The fitness industry wants you to believe muscle is just solid protein and that eating protein builds muscle. This is a biological misunderstanding used to sell supplements. A trained skeletal muscle is only 15 percent protein. Up to 5 percent is trace minerals and fat. The remaining 80 percent is a fluid sugar matrix. Carbohydrates dictate your actual size, firmness, and explosive power. When you eat carbs they are stored inside the tissue as glycogen. Every 1 gram of stored glycogen chemically binds to 3 grams of water. This sugar water is what physically inflates the tissue. It provides the visible volume of the flesh. For example if you gain 10 kilograms of muscle you are only gaining 1.5 kilograms of actual protein. You are gaining 8.5 kilograms of liquid fuel. Carbohydrates and water are what actually fill the tissue. 🍌💪🏼 Start your transformation in my 6 month  Frugivore Diet Course or I offer 1:1 30 day consulting via Instagram or whatsapp. If you are on Instagram only comment “join” or "ebook" and i will message you more info or visit the link in bio. thebananagirl.com #highprotein #muscle #rawtill4 #carnivorediet
United fans are having an awful time at the moment, they can’t seem to catch a break. Manchester United fans probably have very little reason to feel optimistic about this season at the moment. The performances have been inconsistent, the results have been disappointing and too many senior players simply are not giving supporters the feeling that this team is moving in the right direction. When a club of United’s size starts relying on individual moments just to get through games, it becomes very difficult for fans to believe that something bigger is building. That is why players like Carlos Baleba, Kobbie Mainoo, Senne Lammens and Leny Yoro feel so important right now. They are some of the few players who actually give supporters something to look forward to. Baleba brings energy, power and aggression into midfield. Mainoo still has that calmness and intelligence that makes him look capable of controlling games when given responsibility. Yoro continues to show why United invested so heavily in him, and Lammens has at least given fans the feeling that there could be a long-term solution in goal. The frustrating part is that all four of them are still young enough that they should really be developing inside a stable, successful team rather than being treated as the main source of hope. United should have experienced players carrying the pressure while the younger players grow around them. Instead, it often feels like the opposite. The youngsters are the ones showing bravery, hunger and personality while some of the more established names struggle to make enough of an impact. And that is probably where the mood around United feels so low. Supporters can accept a rebuild if they can clearly see progress. They can accept young players making mistakes if the direction makes sense. What becomes exhausting is watching the same problems repeat while waiting for someone to step forward and change the energy around the club.

Nicholas Jackson have my babies - Unfortunately posting a meme with a normal caption doesn’t seem to be enough for Instagram anymore. They keep flagging posts as unoriginal so now I’ve got to write a big paragraph underneath everything to try and avoid it happening again. It’s also why you’ve probably seen every account suddenly writing essays with ChatGPT. Don’t really like doing those so I’ve wrote this instead. Hope you’re enjoying the extra words Zuckerberg. #mancity #Manchestercity #astonvilla #fyp #reels
