Good news doesn’t always get the attention it deserves.

Beyond the headlines, people are working to protect animals, improve healthcare, create opportunities, and make everyday life better.

There’s still plenty that needs to change. But there are also reasons to feel hopeful—and those stories deserve to be seen, too.

Giving out beauty bags like it’s extra credit. 🛍️😜 Stay tuned for where we’re headed next with @hercampus.

Congratulations to @dangsells and @officialjohnmccrea A day of pure Joy! 💍💘🎉🥳❤️

"It's not the goodbye that hurts, but the flashbacks that follows."

Kabir Singh is a story about a man who feels everything too deeply but never learns how to deal with the things that hurt him. Kabir, a gifted surgeon with an uncontrollable temper, falls in love with Preeti, a quiet medical student who becomes the centre of his world. Their relationship is intense and consuming, but when circumstances tear them apart, Kabir struggles to imagine a life without her. Unable to confront his heartbreak, he turns to alcohol, drugs, and self-destruction, slowly losing the life he once had under control.

As Kabir sinks deeper into his own loneliness, his story becomes less about losing the person he loves and more about losing himself. His anger hides his vulnerability, and his pride prevents him from confronting the pain he refuses to acknowledge.

At its core, Kabir Singh is about the difference between being consumed by love and learning how to live with it. It reminds us that heartbreak can change us, but what we choose to do with that pain ultimately defines us.
