This week’s split is all standing, so no getting up and down off the floor 🤍

After my second c-section, floor work was the part I dreaded most. Everything I found had me on my back, straining my neck, and I never had the energy to deal with that. So this week we keep it all on our feet, with nothing longer than 20 minutes.

It’s a week for the core strength that carries into everything else, like picking up your kids or just feeling steadier in your own body. Some days you’ll want the dumbbells, some days you’ll want the slow stretch, and all of it counts.

If you’re already a homie, you’ve got this week covered. If you’re not, comment TRIAL and I’ll send you the link to start your 7-day free trial inside GWJ Home 🤍

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Olivier Martinez claims their son, Maceo, wants to speak directly to the judge about alleged abuse and which parent he wants to live with.

Olivier alleges Maceo photographed Halle after a September 26 incident because he felt his previous complaints weren’t taken seriously. He also disputes Halle’s claims that he has interfered with their son’s medical care.

Halle has denied abusing Maceo and described the incident as roughhousing. The allegations remain disputed.
