Behind the scenes…I’ve spent much of the weekend worrying about Luna 💗

On Friday, I noticed her left eye looked enlarged, similar to how it appeared when she was going through treatment. At the time, inflammation around the tumour in her nasal cavity caused pressure that pushed everything forward, making her eye look enlarged for a little while. Thankfully, her eye has since returned to normal.

Yesterday, I noticed her swallowing repeatedly before going outside to eat grass. Then this morning, she appeared to have several reverse sneezes.

Yesterday was also a very warm day. It’s still spring here in Australia, but the temperatures are certainly starting to climb. Luna had an early morning walk, enjoyed a swim and ate her breakfast, but spent most of the day sleeping.

Of course, after everything she’s been through, I can’t help but worry when I notice anything that seems a little out of the ordinary.

I have emailed the oncologist and I’ll keep you all posted as we know more. Thank you for loving our girl and always checking in on her 🩷🐾
