Tiny Luxe Living

This Charles du Bois designed complex, named Desert Lanai 4, is a mid-century gem. I specifically looked for a condo from this era because I love the philosophy of marrying outdoor & indoor living. With 2 bedrooms, 2 baths & 3 patio spaces this 1200 sq foot condo has all the feels of an actual house. Typically more affordable, the right condo can be a great way for a new homeowner on a budget to actually find an amazing space of their own✨
