Trust me some of us don’t like it as much as clients don’t. We rather complete the service and get paid the full amount we expected or we could’ve booked somebody else. Things happen and that’s completely understandable but just keep in mind we’re humans trying to make a living too. Wether it’s a 100% cancellation fee or 50% , please respect service providers policies 🥲🙏✨

@vanezzza__ like i said they arent the same level but they are both businesses though and you should respect both professions. no nail tech is about to cancel on you if 1. it isnt an emergency or 2. cancel less than an hour before your appointment
