Today, I had the honor of reading to the future leaders of tomorrow in my hometown of Baker, Louisiana ! Go Buffs!🦬🅱️ On the behalf of my chapter Asha #1132 @asha1132oes along with the esteemed and outstanding brothers of Jno G. Lewis Jr. Lodge #261 @su_masons , we read to the 1st- 5th grade students at Baker Heights/ Bakersfield Elementary School ! 📚 Together we improved the educational literacy of hundreds of young students, engaged in many meaningful and impactful discussions about black history, and the importance of understanding the impacts that African Americans have had on the American society !
