I just woke up to the news of the passing of Akira Toriyama, and there goes another piece of my childhood. Dragon Ball, Dr. Slump and Dragon Ball Z were a huge part of my childhood in the mid to late 90s in Italy, and not to mention the rpg masterpiece Chrono Trigger, which I got to play in my pre-teens and teens. Toriyama had a humongous impact on me and instigated my love for comics/some manga and martial arts. RIP Alira Toriyama, the world without you will be less fun.
