🎬Dude (2025) The fast-paced, contemporary romantic comedy-drama follows Agan (Pradeep Ranganathan) and Kuralarasi, aka Kural (Mamitha Baiju, first cousins who practically grew up together and run a quirky, successful event-planning agency called "Surprise Dude," which orchestrates surprise weddings, proposals, and anniversaries. Their hyper-playful, tight-knit dynamic faces an awkward, devastating turning point when Kural unexpectedly confesses her romantic love for Agan. Caught off guard and seeing her purely as family and a best friend, Agan rejects her proposal.

Heartbroken and struggling to face him, Kural flees to Bangalore to pursue higher studies, leaving a massive rift in their business and childhood bond. The narrative shifts gears into a chaotic, high-stakes game of loyalty when Kural suddenly returns, entangled in a forced alliance with a dim-witted partner named Paari (Hridhu Haroon) to escape her father, the highly influential Dairy Development Minister Athiyamaan (R. Sarathkumar). Desperate to redeem himself for breaking her heart, Agan steps up as the ultimate "savior friend," orchestrating a series of wild, frantic, and hilariously botched escape plans that take the trio from local hiding spots to passport-less airport runs, and eventually a chaotic sprint across Thailand.

Balancing sharp, fast-paced humor with catchy musical beats, the story dives deep into modern youth relationships, proving that sometimes protecting the person you love means completely upending your own life to pull off the ultimate, multi-national rescue mission.
