According to Jeffrey Pritzker, the executive vice president of Brawner Builders, six workers from the company are believed to have perished in the incident, while one worker has been hospitalized. Pritzker mentioned that the crew was positioned at the center of the bridge when the collision occurred, leading to the collapse of the structure. Despite ongoing efforts, the bodies of the workers have not been located. Pritzker explained that due to the depth of the water and the elapsed time since the accident, it is presumed that the workers have lost their lives.
