WHAT AM I DOING ⬇️

🙅‍♀️ Making a mockup of a gusseted envelope I designed to make sure it fits my invitation correctly before I send them out to be made.

WHAT I DID ⬇️

✍🏻 Designed my template based on what’s going in it. I have a custom, pocketfold with acrylic going into this - thus the need for depth.

🖨️ Printed out my template to actual size.

✂️ Hand cut + then hand scored my lines (against the fold).

📼 Taped each side tab + assembled.

💌 Result? Perfect mockup.

FUN FACTS ⬇️

• these style envelopes are best made with 80lb + up card stock

• I’m having them made in white + black metallic card stock (one inside + one outside) along with a custom foil stamp on the inside top flap

• the guest addresses will all be pre-printed on each before assembled

• these are considered a package at the post office so LET’S GO STAMPS 🤯
