Some of you may have spotted that I had a bit of help on Saturday in the shape of my apprentice, Coach Eme @emelia_ocr

I have been coaching Eme for many years so to now help her learn to coach is very rewarding for me, she did an amazing job especially when i threw her in the deep end and told her she was teaching rope as we got to it, to see the way she went about it made me a very proud coach.

Here’s couple of videos of her first time coaching efforts, i’m sure you will be impressed 😎
