Some of you may have spotted that I had a bit of help on Saturday in the shape of my apprentice, Coach Eme @emelia_ocr

I have been coaching Eme for many years so to now help her learn to coach is very rewarding for me, she did an amazing job especially when i threw her in the deep end and told her she was teaching rope as we got to it, to see the way she went about it made me a very proud coach.

Here’s couple of videos of her first time coaching efforts, i’m sure you will be impressed 😎

🎃 OPP 3K Halloween Edition 🎃

What a night!

As an official, one of the best parts is standing back and watching everyone throw themselves into the evening. This year's 3k Halloween Edition certainly delivered...The costumes were brilliant, the atmosphere was buzzing, and my face and abs have had a workout from all the laughing and smiling.

It was great to see so many familiar faces out there, along with plenty of newcomers joining in. Congratulations to all our winners and to everyone who took part and embraced the Halloween madness.

A special mention to @ncg.71 for the fantastic props that helped make the event what it was. Your creativity definitely added to the fun!

Thanks to Mark for putting on such a great event, everyone who came along, laughed, and made it such a great evening. Events like this remind me why I love being part of this community. 🎃🧡🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️👻💀

As the winter comes and scheduled practices are less I will again this year have random sessions based on the weather forecast, it might only be a couple of days notice once i’m reasonable sure of the weather so the best way to keep informed is to join the
Random Sessions Whatsapp Group,
message me if you want to join the group. by @oppwarriors

Couple of weeks of training & coaching, my rehab/return going well and PBs galore for @sarah_solly80 & @pinsandneedlesemb both of them looking super strong.
