Ik gebruik maar drie ingrediënten die ik koop bij @naturalheroes

• Natuurlijk zuurstofbleekmiddel. Helpt tegen grauwheid en vlekken, zonder chloor.
• Wassoda. Ondersteunt de reiniging en helpt geurtjes te verwijderen.
• Baking soda. Neutraliseert geuren en ondersteunt een fris wasresultaat.

Toen ik de ingrediënten van veel reguliere wasmiddelen bekeek, vielen mij verschillende synthetische geurstoffen op, zoals hexyl cinnamal, amyl salicylate, peonile, diphenyl ether en tetramethyl acetyloctahydronaphthalenes.

Deze stoffen worden toegevoegd voor de geur. Sommige geurstoffen kunnen bij gevoelige mensen huidreacties veroorzaken. Daarnaast worden bepaalde stoffen in wetenschappelijke studies onderzocht vanwege mogelijke hormoonverstorende effecten of hun ophoping in het milieu.

Ook bevatten sommige wasmiddelen conserveermiddelen zoals methylisothiazolinone en benzisothiazolinone. Deze staan bekend als veelvoorkomende oorzaken van contactallergieën.
