"Letterbox is all about celebrating special occasions with friends, family, colleagues, or even by yourself - we all deserve to celebrate more! We started Letterbox in the early days of the pandemic when celebrating with loved ones was difficult. We knew there had to be a fun way to not only celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, etc, but to make everyone feel special and unique. And that is how Letterbox came to be and we couldn't be happier to be on this journey! Nothing is more fun than dropping off Spiderman donuts to an 8 year old dressed up as Spidey himself!"
Biggest Win So Far 📈
"It sounds corny but any day we can help put a smile on someone's face is a big win. But if we had to choose a single "win", looking back I would say two moments really stand out. The first was two days after we moved into our own bakery we had a large corporate order for 1300 donuts - it was amazing and terrifying all at the same time! It proved we could do it and that we belonged #impostersyndromeisreal. The second moment was our first team outing/picnic. In the moment it didn't seem like a big deal but looking back, it's really special knowing that there is this team of people who choose to come into work every day, whom without we wouldn't have a business, so our second shoutout of the day goes to our team members - y'all are the best!"

Hardest Learning So Far 🤕 "The hardest learning is that while there is support out there for new businesses, you are largely on your own. You need to make sure you are prepared, mentally, physically and financially to take on owning a business. It will ask you for everything and there are periods of time where you will get nothing back, and you need to be prepared for that. There are amazing days, but there are also some really really dark days, and we didn't fully appreciate that before starting the business."
